At different times in life we all need somewhere to turn
- someone to talk over issues that are affecting us.
Sometimes you can't always talk to family and friends
- either because they aren't available, or you need
someone more anonymous to talk to.

For the last fifteen years, Cardiff Concern has been providing a place for somewhere to turn - last year over 200 people were referred to us for counselling and we spent over 1,000 hours helping them.
